What is the Accenture Alumni Network?
The Accenture Alumni Network is a global community of former Accenture employees. This Accenture Alumni Network website (www.accenturealumni.com) serves as your “gateway” to all aspects of the alumni program. Only former employees and interns are eligible to join the network. Please wait until after your last day to submit your registration. Individuals who were engaged or provided services as contractors are ineligible to join the network.

How do I access the site?
To log in to the site you will use your primary e-mail address as your username and enter your password created during registration. If you do not remember your password, you can select the Forgot Password? link on the login page. If you do not remember your primary e-mail address, please send a request to support@accenturealumni.com.

If you are having problems accessing the site, please check your Internet settings. The security settings on your Internet browser should be set to Internet zone. In Internet Explorer 6 or later, click Internet Options from the Tools menu. On the Security tab, select Internet, then select the Medium setting to interact with the site. Click OK to save changes, then click Refresh on your browser menu.

  • Verify that your browser accepts cookies.
  • Verify that your internal system clock is set correctly. For security purposes, the cookie expires shortly after it is created.

How do I ensure that I receive emails from AccentureAlumni.com?
An increasing number of e-mail clients (Outlook, AOL, Hotmail, etc.) are including spam blockers that can affect delivery and display of some e-mail messages. This means that some email communication may not get delivered to you.

To ensure you receive emails from the Accenture Alumni Network, please add admin@accenturealumni.com and support@accenturealumni.com to your email Safe Sender list.

  • Outlook: Go to "Actions" on your e-mail menu bar. Select "Junk E-mail" from the dropdown menu. Select “Junk E-mail Options”. Then click on the "Safe Sender" tab. Click the "Add" button. Type "@accenturealumni.com" in the text box. Click “Ok”
  • AOL 9.0: You can do either of the following:
    • Add the email addresses to your address book.
    • Reply to an email message. If you reply to an email, AOL will automatically put the email address in your address book.
  • MSN Hotmail: Go to the "Options" page. On the left side of the page, click "Mail," and then click "Junk E-Mail Protection." Click "Add Senders to Safe List." Type "@accenturealumni.com," and then click "Add."
  • Yahoo! Mail: Use the "Not Spam" button to report messages you want in your Inbox that were delivered to your Bulk folder.
  • Earthlink: If you have the e-mail address in your Address Book, Earthlink will not block it. Go to your Address Book, click the "Add" button. You only need to enter the e-mail address under Internet Information.

Can I change my communication preferences?
Accenture sends four types of communications – Announcements, Events, Newsletters and Recruiting.  If you would like to unsubscribe from receiving communications from Accenture, either click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all emails or send an email to support@accenturealumni.com and indicate which types of communications you would like to be unsubscribed from.

If you have previously unsubscribed from communications and wish to receive them again, please send an email to support@accenturealumni.com specifying which type of communications you wish to receive.

How do I make my profile visible to other alumni?
If your profile information was transferred to the new site, your profile privacy settings are by default set to hidden. If you are a new registrant, your profile privacy settings are by default set to visible to all. To change your privacy settings, log into the site and click Update Profile.  Under each profile section you will be able to select which information you wish to make visible to other alumni.

Since only verified Accenture alumni have secure access to the Accenture Alumni Network website, you can share your information with confidence. The more information you're comfortable sharing, the greater the chances are for you to reconnect with fellow alums.

Can I change my name on my profile?
Yes. Upon registration, make sure to use the name you used while you worked at Accenture. Once your registration request has been validated, you will have an opportunity to update your profile to reflect your current name.

How do I reset my password?
Select the Forgot Password? link on the landing page. On the Forgot Password screen enter your E-mail address and the Text Verification and click Send New Password. A password reset link will be sent to your e-mail address.  Upon clicking the link you will prompted to create a new password.

I want to join, but was a part of Arthur Andersen (prior to Andersen Consulting's formation in 1989). Do I qualify for membership?
As you know, Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting prior to 2001) and Arthur Andersen are not the same company and we only have records for Accenture employees. Given that your tenure was with Arthur Andersen, we don't have the means to confirm past employment status. In order for us to proceed, it is necessary for you to send us the names of 2 or 3 current Accenture employees or Alumni who can verify or sponsor your membership. We are trying to accommodate these requests but must handle them on a case by case basis. Please send your request to support@accenturealumni.com.

Why can't I find an Accenture Alumni in the directory?
If you cannot find an alumn you are searching for, they are: not registered on the site, have not agreed to the new privacy statement, or have chosen not to make their information visible to other alumni. If you know their email address, please contact them directly to see if they have registered and if they intend for their information not to be shown.

How do I register to become a supplier to Accenture?
If you are interested in offering a product or service to Accenture, please go to the Supplier Portal to create a user account and a profile with information about your company and the services or products you offer. Your information will be entered into Accenture's database for future consideration. If there are any opportunities in which your company fits, you will be contacted. Registered suppliers can visit the Supplier Portal at any time to update their company profile.

Where can I find information about Benefits, W2's, or my 401(K) (US)?
Insurance coverage under COBRA, Life Event, and Annual Enrollment elections are handled through the Benefits Website http://resources.hewitt.com/accenture/. You can also use the Benefits Website to review and update information about your dependents.

If you remain in the Profit Sharing and 401(k) Match Plans, you can review your account information, transfer money among the investment funds and request withdrawals from your account through the Benefits Websites. You can also review and update your beneficiary designation information. You can access your 401K information by going to http://resources.hewitt.com/accenture/. You can access the myHoldings site by going to myholdings.accenture.com/

The Benefits Website is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week except during maintenance windows. The Benefits Center is available at (877) 332-2242 weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Central time) and is closed on holidays.

For a copy of your W2 go to https://w2.accenture.com. If you wish to update your e-mail addresses for the W2 system use the My Account link after you access the W-2 eXpress Main Menu. Use your Enterprise ID and last password to access the W2 system. If you have forgotten your password contact CIO Help Desk Services at (800) 672-6664. Select Option 3 for Application Support and then Select Option 0 for All Other Applications.

Where can I find information on obtaining employment verification (US/Canada)?
Accenture currently offers a service for obtaining or authorizing third parties to obtain verification of employment Monday through Friday 7am-8pm CST. This service allows you, or third parties you authorize, to verify your employment and salary within a matter of minutes. Verifications of Employment are typically requested for 1 of 4 reasons: previous work verification for a future employer, mortgage or rental applications, employee salary information or other personal and personnel information. This fast, secure service can be used for any of these instances.

You can request Verification of Employment by logging onto www.theworknumber.com for easy printing of verification or by calling 1-800-367-2884 for voice and fax verification.

If you followed the procedure and you were unable to obtain what you needed, contact Peopleline at 1-800-432-2729 or send an email to epayrollandps@accenture.com with the subject line "Employment and/or salary verification". Please indicate you have already tried The Work Number and the reason why it was unsuccessful.

Where can I find information about Pension Plans and Retiree Benefits (US)?
If you were vested in the pension benefit the Benefits Center will send you information shortly after it receives notification of your termination. If you were not vested, your benefit will be forfeited. You may be eligible for medical and dental insurance at the time of termination if you were an LoR1-3 and at least age 50 with 10 or more years of Accenture service. Or if you are a LoR4 or under and at least age 55 with 10 or more years of Accenture service and retire from an eligible workforce and level. Where can I find information about Pension Plans and Retiree Benefits (Canada)?
When you leave or retire and are fully vested under the Registered Pension Plan, (RPP), you will receive a termination package from Sun Life Financial. You are encouraged to contact either Sun Life Financial at 1-866-8612, or your advisor to discuss your plans and options.

Where can I find Benefits claim forms and how do I submit a benefits claim form (Canada)?
If you have not done so already, please register on the Manulife Member website http://groupbenefits.manulife.com/canada/GB_V2.nsf/public/pm_welcome.
 

1. On the left side of the screen select "My Account", then the "Plan member" option. If this is your first visit to the website, you will need to register there by selecting the "Register" option. The Group/Plan Numbers are listed below. The Plan Member/Certificate Number is your Accenture 8-digit personnel number. You will also need to select your own password for future use of the site.
2. Once registered, Manulife will mail you an individual site access/key code so that you can log in and view your information.
3. When you have the activation key/code, please log into the site by selecting the "Login" option in the Plan Member screen. You can then navigate through the various screens/options available to you.

 

For claims inquiry, please contact Manulife Financial at 1-800-268-6195. Prior to contacting Manulife, please ensure that you have your certificate number (your Accenture employee ID number) and the plan number ready to present to the Representative to receive service.

Will I still be able to access myholdings.accenture.com after I leave Accenture (Canada/US)?
Yes, you will retain access to this website using an Enterprise ID and password will remain the same. If you forget your password, you will need to contact Technology Support to have a new password mailed to your home address. Please contact Technology Support at 800-672-6664

Where can I find information on obtaining employment verification (Asia-Pacific, India)?
Verifications of Employment are typically requested for a number of reasons: previous work verification for a future employer, employee salary information or other personal and personnel information.

APSSC HR can provide below kinds of verification letters:

Salary letter for loan / credit card
Employment letter
Employment Verification to assist visa application (note- Visa letter is prepared by RMS)
Exit reference letter

Please note that APSSC HR Service Center cannot provide information about the following:

Evaluative or qualitative information such as the most recent performance rating or probability on continued employment.
Prior years' salary information.
Quantitative information concerning overtime earnings or bonuses which are variable payments.

Process: Employee submits a request via email to APSSC HR ---> APSSC HR sends a draft letter to employee for first review ---> Employee confirms the content in draft letter ---> APSSC HR sends a finial version

Note: Your request will be produced within 48 hours after it is submitted, but you will need to allow for mailing time if a hardcopy is required. If a soft copy is acceptable, this can be sent to you in PDF format.
